Positive: This is a contractors B&B (well it was whilst stayed there) I am myself, a contractor so no issues from me. A family or couple might not be so happy with the arrangements...... Negative: Car Parking was shared with 2 transit LWB vans that took over the car park. Lucky to get a spot, and had to move to make sure I could get out in the morning. On street, you could be in the next street, as it is a residential area. Shared Kitchen with x6 ? rooms, so wait your turn....

Positive: Room was spot on, nice and clean. Good facilities for what it was.. Negative: Only thing I would of preferred would be a bed side lamp. Instead of having to have the main light on in the evening times.

Very clean, large well equipped room and kitchen area. Bathroom clean. Daily room housekeeping. Great value. Good communication before stay. No problem parking.
