Excellent place to stay. Worth going out of your way for friendly welcome, excellent rooms and fantastic cooking by Trevor and Ann. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Very well presented property with a most beautiful herbaceous garden, forming the backdrop for the breakfast room. The garden was full of vibrant colour even at the beginning of October. I would have loved to have seen it in July.

Ann and Trevor were great hosts, quickly showing me where to stable my bike and showing me to my room. They even invited me to dine with them but, having only the cycling clothes I stood in (I was cycling Land's End to John O'Groats), I was a little too self conscious of my potential odour to accept. Although I don't think they would have in anyway objected :).

The whole property had a homely yet professional feel: you felt at home but also had all the finishing touches put in by top hotels. My room was very comfortable with a choice of beds and a seating area to collapse in. All was exceptionally well presented, clean and tidy. Despite being on the main road through Kinross it was really quiet and I slept very deeply.

Trevor was gracious enough to get up early to provide a first rate breakfast with that previously mentioned herbaceous backdrop. The home made jams were excellent!

We stayed at Burnbank on the Saturday night of the Rewind festival. We were made to feel very welcome despite our nutty 1980's attire. Our rooms were wonderfully comfortable and homely and was immaculately clean, as was our bathroom.
We were given the choice to have a later breakfast, which was a great treat for a sunday morning. Breakfast was delicious and there was a great choice, I had the full cooked which was to a very high standard, I also had fresh fruit and yoghurt and the toast looked as if it was from home made bread.
I would definitely stay here again and the couple who own it are very friendly and pleasant.
Thankyou Burnbank for a great weekend.

We stated at Burnbank on Tuesday night en route to a meeting in Perth. What a lovely B and B and very convenient to our route north from the Forth Bridge! Warm welcome, very comfortable room and excellent breakfast including a freshly-laid egg from the owner's own hens! And what superb attention we received from J, the proprietor's young gran-daughter who so perfectly played the role of hostess!

Very comfortable, everything you need, eco friendly, toiletries provided.

The breakfast was superb and our hosts went out of their way to help me with my food allergies. The fruit salad was lovely, not your ordinary apple and grapes at all but plums, pineapple, melon, orange etc. Fabulous.

Good portions, the hosts were attentive but not overbearing. Highly recommended.

Loch Leven is only 5 mins away in the car. Restaurants 15 mins walk, 2 min drive
