We had a two night stay here for my birthday and it was perfect. Clean, tidy, comfortable room. Friendly staff. Lovely breakfast. Great place to base yourself for the surrounding area. Would happily return.

This amazing restaurant offers both traditional Welsh dishes and abroad. Excellent food. Friendly staff. Nice atmosphere. You need to book at least a few day in advance. Definitely on my revisit list.

This was my third visit to this restaurant. Every meal had been prepared to an extremely high standard and the service exceptional - that until this evening - meant to be very special. We both ordered the rib eye steak. We were very disappointed in the presentation of the food and my partner's steak was not cooked as ordered. This is not what I had been accustomed to receiving in this cosy restaurant. However, I will pay a compliment to the charming young lady who took our order, but I will not be returning again.

We didn't get to eat In the Restaurant as we where told we would have to put a deposit down so had to just stay in the B&B This was so out of date the bed was to small 4 foot 5 we had to put pillows behind the head bord to stop it from moving the TV was so small it wasn't worth watching Breakfast Well This was fun (not) we had to fill A form in by 7 pm we did this and into the Restaurant we went at the given time it still. Had the burnt smell of steak from the night before after 20 minutes Breakfast started to arrive this took 50 minutes as nothing turned up on time my cooked breakfast came in 3 different stages still waiting for some of it please don't go

Great stay. Our room was lovely, comfy bed and very clean.
The breakfast was really good. I'm vegan and they had good options for me.
We also had dinner in the restaurant last night. The veggie Wellington was beautiful. My wife had the cheese cake and said it was the best she had ever had.
The customer service was excellent, our server last night had excellent customer service skills, she was very knowledgeable of the menu and was very good at her job and is a real asset to your restaurant!

Great little find, cosy, comfortable, clean rooms, lovely staff and amazing breakfast.Amazing food for dinner also in the restaurant. Definitely recommend!

Excellent stay for a couple of days on the 10th and 11th December for me and my wife. Accommodation was really clean and warm with everything supplied. The restaurant had a stunning multi choice Xmas menu which was really great value and super looking and flavoursome. They also have a brilliant a la carte menu all reasonably priced. The breakfast was absolutely the best we’ve had in a long while. Would highly recommend both a stay and the restaurant over any other establishment in Porth Madog You won’t be disappointed Steve
