Very nice guest house, even out of season, staff made every effort to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Beautiful part of the world, too.

We stayed at Plas Tirion B&B for a visit to Zip World, this was all booked as a suprize for our friends 60th Birthday as Zip World was close by. When we arrived after a very Scenic drive through Wales, when we check in, the owner Paul met us and was very friendly and informative, we had been in contact before so he had arranged a table at a near by resturant and also a taxi for us heslso told us where we could find local shops, pubs etc. He was brilliant and remained this way right through our stay, a very nice thoughtful chap who goes the extra mile to make sure his guests are happy. The accommodation is modern and clean, a comfy bed and pillows. We had had a great nights sleep our room was perfect , We did haveva drink in the pub across the road this was also a very nice place which served a good selection of food and a selection of ales and gins. Breakfast was on time, Paul asks at check in what you would like for cooked breakfast and what time you'd like it. We will definitely return to Plas Tirion, it's a great base for an activity break in North Wales

This was a surprise break as I was being given a trip to Zip World. Paul the owner give 1st class service. Not only that, but he is fascinating to talk to. Great chap with a great place. Well worth the money spent.

Absolutely amazing stay. Kelly is a great host, the bed is fantastic and comfortable. You can enjoy some selected coffee and tea in your room. The view is stunning from the window. The place is easy to find. A proper little English house inside, and absolutely beautiful, clean. I would recommend to stay here. And the breakfast is just lovely.
