Dreams Orpington

I purchased a king size mattress and two Levitex pillows from Dreams Orpington. I opened one of the two pillows it was very hard. I went to the store to exchange or return the other unopened pillow still packaged in the box. The store refused to take pack the item when it says on their receipt that it can be returned within 14 days unopened. The manager was rude and arrogant. I am very disappointed as I always buy all my stuff Dreams. To be honest I usually shop in Charlton (very lovely staff) as I used to live that way. I recently moved to Kent hence I went to Orpington store. I will not be visiting there very rude staff

Nothing but praise for my server, Jack. I knew what I wanted as researched online, but the mattress I liked wasn't available in store. There was no hard sell, just good sound advice. Honestly, it was a pleasurable experience. Well done Dreams! 👏

Avoid this company, honestly sales process I was told everything would be fine. After money was taken all there terms and conditions changed. At no point was I told that the only day of deliver was a Sunday to my area and that my actual order was going to be fulfilled by a 3rd party company. Honestly quick to take your money but Avoid and all costs. This company totally don’t care about there customers in my opinion.

Natasha was amazing, she helped me with everything I needed, good advice on all. I was out under 30mins with all I wanted and even more! I recommend strongly!

We went to Benson beds first and got totally ignored so walked out. We went here as we brought here before and the sales gent was friendly attentive and helpful. Defo recommend this place and as he was a true helpful gentleman he got the sale, a simple hello how are you goes a long way

We purchased a new bed today at Dreams Orpington, we were assisted by Lisa Marie who was amazing! She was knowledgeable, professional and friendly and really took the time to get the right bed for us. Well done Dreams and your excellent staff.

Popped in looking for a new mattress. Greeted by an angry face from the lady in there. Young guy ambles over, hands in pockets and chewing gum. Made me feel my visit was their inconvenience.
Soon left and was met with a delightful welcome and service next door at Bensons, with whom I happily made a purchase.
