Bamfo Beds and Mattresses - Hednesford

fantastic prices but terrible service. spent £1,000 on a divan, mattress and headboard and told 2 weeks for delivery. when delivered it was the wrong divan and wrong mattress (plus they marked all my walls up the stairs getting the bed in). i was told another 2 weeks for the correct ones to get delivered.. 3 weeks later delivery day came and i got a phone call to say it would be another week!! when i explained that my walls were marked i overheard the delivery guy calling me a liar. when it finally came i was given £100 refund as compensation so was happier with that, however i’d rather not have had all the trouble in the first place. the second delivery guy Colin was lovely and to be fair Maz is lovely too, however i get the feeling that the owner gets these guys to do his dirty work for him and shys away from speaking directly to customers when things go wrong. overall i’d rather have paid double the price but had better customer service at dreams or bensons for beds

We needed a new bed but because of the lock down we went online, Mr Clapham who owns the company couldn't do enough for us, we couldn't see the bed or headboards but he sent three headboards to choose from.
The delivery men were amazing so polite and friendly.
In this day and age to get such a lovely service its unbelievable.
Thanks to Mr Clapham and his delivery men we have now got the most amazing bed.

Ordered a new bed for my son, I can honestly say they couldn’t do enough for us, really lovely, friendly, professional service, the 2 guys who delivered the bed were amazing, above and beyond helpful. Will certainly use again and highly recommend.

2nd time using Bamfo hednesford, Amazing customer service, so polite and don’t rush u, just let u be and help when needed. We collected our new divan bed today and realised there was only 4 legs, we had missed a bag of the legs when we was collecting. One message to The shop and they personally delivered the legs straight away! Can’t fault the service or the people, blown away with the service we have had again. Only bed company to use on the Cannock/ surrounding areas!

Highly recommend good friendly service from choosing my bed and having it delivered

Shopping here was an absolute delight, unlike all the other bed shops we visited the sales lady was there to help and assist rather than push for a purchase. We were left when wanted, had all our questions answered and decided on the perfect bed after a night sleep.

Then the delivery men came and had everything put up and assembled in 15 minutes, being on a first floor flat I wasn't sure what to expect but they were super friendly, wore masks and had the BEST customer service.

Thank you so much! We cannot recommend this company enough. We are very excited for our first night sleep on our new bed.

Paid for bed but day before delivery was told that they had received wrong size mattress. Promised this would be rectified and delivery was set for 5/6/21. However received a message today saying to call to arrange delivery for 11/6/21!
Not happy with the this as they said the least they could was book me a delivery slot this Saturday morning. 5/6. Just wondering who they have given my delivery date to?

Had a lot of stuff over last few years beds furniture .just had a problem with a mattress and it did take a lot of phoning and delays in waiting in and no shows.Big thank you to maz and a Martin and allen and last all tim who sorted it today happy customer
