Beds Galore

This bed shop is located on a side street, near to the well known Dreams. The range of beds from frames to divans, sizes, mattresses is impressive. We found the staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Their help was great. We ordered the one we wanted; they kept us fully up to date regarding the order, arranging a delivery time to suit everybody involved. I was impressed by it and fully recommend them.

Very friendly family run store. Didn’t pressure me into buying anything straight away but with the fantastic offer they gave - I couldn’t resist! Delivery was prompt. They were able to deliver two days after I’d bought my bed, came and fit in just over 10 minutes, you can’t ask for better service! I would highly recommend.

So impressed by Beds Galore. Having moved to the area, I ordered a double bed from Dreams before moving, which is being delivered next week after two months of waiting. When I tried to add a single bed to the order I was told the delivery would be delayed until January, I need the beds for Christmas. So in a mad panic I went to Beds Galore and was so impressed. Nicky was great. The colour and style choices were amazing. Delivery was also fantastic, delivered the week after ordering, on a day suitable for me. After receiving the single bed I tried to cancel the bed with Dreams, in favour of a bed from Beds Galore but sadly I couldn't. Highly recommend Beds Galore for quality and reliability!

The service is outstanding and prices are very fair aswell. This family run business makes you feel part of the family. Having had my bed delivered, set up and the old one taken away (at a small charge) I could not ask for more. Thank you. I will definitely be recommending you to family and friends.

So disappointed with this company, they have no direct contact details. I bought a bed via Amazon and did not receive the initial message that was supposed to indicate delivery time frame. They then cancelled/delayed delivery on the day after 8pm and didn’t specify the actual delivery date. I then contacted Amazon and themselves and received a very apologetic response and assurance that it would be delivered 2 days later when in fact it was then scheduled for delivery on a later date than promised. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

I brought this bed due to moving out off my family home and back to my parents home, the bed was meant to come on the 1st July and the day before I saw that amazon still had rmy familes home address now my new address so I contacted the seller to be told the drive would call me before they delivered my bed, this never happened, it then took 3 days nearly for the seller to contact me back, that weekend being a nurse I had to sleep on the floor even though I was working 3 17 hour shifts which I told the seller, from they I had to go and by a air bed for my 2 young children who where staying over with me for the night on the following Tuesday, every time I messaged the seller back in the morning I would have to wait till the next day for a reply, to today told I have been refunded even though I have my 2 young children for the next 4 nights with me, this company does not care about customer service. Please do not buy from them. So disappointed and let down by this company, which base they marking on a family run company.

Customer service was so friendly and helpful. We were able to find a mattress that we loved within minutes. It arrived really quick and they were kind enough to hold it for us for a while until we got our move date. This really made things a lot easier for us. They delivered the mattress with no fuss. Everything just went smoothly! Plus the price was so reasonable too! We would 100% recommend Bed Galore!

Great little company friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff who make you feel right at home and do not pressure you in anyway.
We went in to have a look following a visit to dreams within 3 tries we'd found a great mattress. With no prompting they offered us a good deal on a king size mattress which is equally good if not better than the major brand we were interested in at dreams that would have cost £300 more.
Delivery was same day rather than the 1 weeks plus at Dreams. Feels even better to be supporting small/local businesses rather than the big companies - definitely will go back then next time we need a mattress
