The gentleman who served us was soooo helpful. Didn’t pounce on us the minute we walked through the door, but could clearly see we didn’t know where to start. He asked us our budget and type of mattress and we went from there. Couldn’t have been more helpful. Excellent customer service.

The service we received was first class. Our needs were met swiftly and efficiently, the staff bending over backwards to help us and to do all they could to ensure that they left some very satisfied customers. Would recommend Sussex Beds without reservation.

Excellent service from start to finish. No pressurised selling in the showroom. Gary introduced himself and then made us a lovely coffee and left us to try out various mattresses after advising us on particular ones according to our needs and budget. Delivery was around 6 weeks which was fine. It is the most expensive mattress we have ever purchased but after spending a fair amount on an Emma mattress during lockdown and never being happy with it, we have realised that you get what you pay for and this mattress from Sussex Beds feels comfortable and luxurious. Long may it last!

We had a problem with a bed we bought about nine months ago. Sussex Beds arranged to have an engineer from the manufacturer visit to resolve the problem, which they did quickly and efficiently.

Gary at Haywards Heath was so helpful helping us choose and delivery was perfect with the guys taking all the packaging away and carrying the mattress upstairs and placing onto the divan base.

Luke was so helpful and gave us lots of good advice without pressure. The in-store inventory was more than sufficient for us to find and compare what we wanted, and it was nicely presented.

Friendly, helpful staff. Good knowledge of products. Not pushy.
AND we’ve had good sleep since receiving our new mattress, such a relief!
