Very happy with the service provided! From a great initial design, the team took on my feedback and gave me exactly what I wanted. The quality of the workmanship is excellent and the workman were quick, professional and courteous and left without making any mess. I will certainly be recommending them and using them for my next project.

I had Neatsmith wardrobes installed six years ago. I continue to be delighted with this product. Recently one of the sliding door handles came loose and fell out. I called in to the Watford Head Office this morning. Within two hours a team member was at my house and the problem fixed. Brilliant! So, not only a great product, but excellent after sales service (even many years after the purchase).
Over the years I have recommended Neatsmith to a number of friends who now have had wardrobes installed after seeing mine.They are just as pleased with the Neatsmith workmanship as I am.

Great company to work for

Do not use this company, they get youngsters in on the pretense of full time employment by offering them a trial shift for a whole day unpaid on days when they are extremely busy to then reply back and say sorry you were unsuccessful I wonder how many poor souls they have done this too.

DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY:
They advertise part-full time work along with trail shift to complete.
They then invite you to complete a trail shift on one of their busy days. Promise you the job and say you’ve done everything correctly and well done, to them a few days later to get declined the job for Unknown reasons.
This is so they don’t have to play whoever they’ve invited to the trail shift.
Unacceptable.
