Bensons for Beds Redditch

Ordered 3 beds, one got delivered. Many failed delivery attempts with no contact from anyone to let us know or apology. No effort to fix issue. Guys in store are awesome but behind the scenes things are shocking. Nobody dealt with my complaint so I put some messages about how bad I have been treated on Twitter, now they have barred me from that.

Terrible service Do not order from them !!!as you will not receive your order. Waiting for may mattress for 8 weeks and they keep delaying it, now they saying I have to wait another 6 weeks. Never seen such a mess. They have massive back log off items. Unless you prepared to wait 6 months for your order you can give a go, but personally I would run away from them.

Very disappointed in Bensons lately. Cancelled deliveries twice for my sister, who really needed efficient service. Phone calls are cut off or you are 93rd in the queue. Also told by store manager that giving out CEO's email would 'breach GDPR'. What a load of rubbish! What has happened to a once good company?

Andy, the sales rep at the Redditch store was exceptional. He provided top class service to us. He made sure what are the options available based on our needs. He advised us which product was more convenient to our needs. He is definitely a great asset. He deserves a massive pay rise. Don't let this guy leave otherwise it will only be your loss. They always say that no one is irreplaceable but Andy is irreplaceable.

Completely failed to deliver what was promised when it was promised.
In fact even the (helpful) store staff admitted their delivery and warehouse system was broken.
Instead they failed to deliver 1/3 of the order and then only delivered the stuff they did manage to locate at a time and date that suited them.
Don’t be fooled into thinking you can pick a delivery date. You can’t.
And don’t even bother with the customer service line, I gave up at 2 hours on hold and still more than number 70 in the queue. Thinking of buying something? Don’t. Go to dreams. They delivered within 10 days on time at a time that suited me. And were cheaper.

Smooth from start to finish. Andy had my purchase completed very quickly and efficiently and was very helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Highly Recommend NOT purchasing a bed with Bensons… Wish I Had Read The Reviews Before I Purchased As I Would Have Definitely Gone Elsewhere.
Currently Sleeping On Bases Still Wrapped In Their Plastic Because They Are Both Damaged & Need To Be Collected, Have No Idea When That Will Be.
I Didn’t Actually Receive A “New” Date For When The Headboard Should Be Delivered (They Loaded The Wrong Size On The Day Of My Delivery) & They Failed To Deliver The Mattress Altogether.
I’ve Never Known A Customer Service Like It, Appalling, Ended Up Cancelling The Order Completely, Still Waiting For My Money Back.

Was very impressed with level of customer service & knowledge of salesperson.
Polite & friendly & took time to help choose right product for my Grandson . Would definitely recommend instore service .
