After 3 years of asking 6 people/companies to do something with my scruffy alcove and not getting a single quote (some were asked 2 or 3 times) I finally stumbled across Instrument.

I was apprehensive at first because there is no phone number to call the company, and I do not view myself as being good with IT stuff. I had no need to worry any questions I had were answered very promptly via their chat and emails.

Today I have had delivered and assembled a Cleo 17 wardrobe. I am really pleased with it and the service provided by Instrument over the past 3 weeks.

Excellent company to deal with and amazing quality wardrobe! I purchased the Cleo1 (250cm) wardrobe and I'm not disappointed in the slightest. The wardrobe looks a lot more expensive than the cost and the build quality is excellent. I paid the extra for installation and the guys who delivered and installed we're very, very good. Professional and polite from start to finish. Even when i had fudged my measurements for the wardrobe positioning (i forgot to factor in a radiator!) they found a way around the issue and did it with patience and professionalism. Now my dressing room looks amazing, thank you both so much. Great experience from start to finish will definitely use again and recommend.

I was badly let down by another company who sat on my money for three months and completely failed to process or deliver my order. I then carefully researched sliding wardrobe products and furniture companies which led me to Instrument Furniture. I bought a Cleo 3, 2.5m mirrored wardrobe in Shetland Oak (good value and comparable to the Weiman product which I had ordered previously, but much lower price ). All communication with Instrument has been faultless and immediate. I was able to view the product online with a live demonstration and have all my questions answered in real time. The wardrobe was delivered and assembled on the nominated day, on time, quickly and efficiently by two young chaps who were friendly, helpful and professional. They did a great job and the wardrobe looks perfect. I am very happy and pleased I found Instrument because they made it easy to decide and buy, ultimately providing an outstanding consumer experience. Well done to all the staff at Instrument because this is how buying online from a retail company should be. Highly recommend!

I had been looking for a wardrobe for my daughter for a while, but they were either too expensive or not the right size or design for the room. Thankfully I found Instrument Furniture by chance, and I am so glad I did. Ordering was easy and delivered on the day I requested, in-fact, it came early, giving me more time to build it. I couldn’t believe the price. Compared to some companies out there, charging the earth, the units are a bargain, but with expensive quality. Everything you need is there. To top it all, my daughter is chuffed to bits.

I initially brought one wardrobe (cleo white) with assembly with the company. Delivery was quick and the assembly team was very professional. Unfortunatly, one of the mirrored doors arrived smashed and so the assembly team said they have contacted the company to issue a new door. This new door is taking another few weeks to be delivered (hence the 4 stars).

Despite this, I ordered two more wardrobes with assembly (cleo grey and Hinged wardrobe Tate 3 with 4 doors 201cm [Glass Basalt]).

I am waiting for delivery on the cleo white wardrobe and Hinged wardrobe Tate 3 with 4 doors 201cm [Glass Basalt] however the team have been very good at communicating via email. I would definitely recommend the company - they are very professional!

P.s. Ignore the mess in the wardrobes, still in the process of moving into a new house. Cleo white has an extra handrail and drawer component added. Cleo grey has an extra handrail added.

I had been in talks with instrument prior to Covid, but as soon as it was clear it was safe enough, an order was placed.

To be honest it looks to me ikea like quality but with a better marketing. They installed the bedroom today (260 pounds for less than 2 hours jobs) and they already damaged the bedside tables. The furniture is glued so i was told for at least 2 hours to not touch it so that the glue could dry. The chest of drawers doesn't even have the 4 drowers in line, one is more forward than the other.
They also told me that if i decided to move the wardrobe from where it is now, I need to remove everything from inside (and it makes sense) but also the doors or the structure could be damaged.
Yes the did respected the delivery within 15 days, but we count on this IKEA deliveries much faster.
