The Bed Centre (Tamworth)

I took my granddaughter to go and choose her 1st bed after being in a cot, I wanted to use a local shop and the bed centre had great reviews, the lady made her feel very special and grown up and she loved the attention, the bed took just over a week to arrive, and delivered with a friendly driver who was very helpful, I would highly recommend the bed centre as they had a great choice of beds.

Unbelievably good customer service!
We urgently needed a new adjustable mattress for my disabled mum. Other high street stores don’t have stock in and said we’d have to wait weeks. The Bed Centre went above and beyond to get us one immediately, even splitting up a set of two to help us. Fantastic, thank you.

Absolutely fantastic service from the minute we entered the shop to the day the mattress arrived. No pressure selling from the very helpful, informative and friendly lady assistant which is a refreshing change. We were able to take our time in choosing the right mattress for my bad back, in fact we went back with our pillows!!! Would definitely recommend as we felt it was a more personal experience than some of the larger stores.....Thank you to all at the Bed Centre especially Shelley.

Having been looking at mattresses for some years now, it was very helpful to have a knowledgable person to help me make the choice in the showroom who found out what I needed and then suggested some to try. Excellent service. Delivery on time and to the bedroom with minimum fuss. Definitely recommended from me.

Very very good service when we went in and explained what we were looking for and why. They could not have been more helpful. We paid for the bed and within 5 hours it was delivered and assembled by 2 very helpful delivery drivers

After weeks of searching, driving to lots of different places we finally came to The Bed Centre; and I’m so glad we did.
I had never tested mattresses, usually buying the cheapest online, but we were shown lots of option until we found the perfect one that suited both of us.
The choice of bed frames and colours/ textures was amazing, loads of options but not overwhelming.
Above all it was delivered ahead of time with little fuss.

What a fabulous bed shop fantastic customer service and super speedy delivery we went it tried a few matress found one we liked great price paid for it and chose to have our old matress removed and new one delivered (free delivery!) we asked for delivery as soon as they can and the delivery guy almost beat us home from the shop less than a hour after we paid :) absolutely fantastic service.
Loved the place so much we returned with my inlaws to show them around and again amazing service matress picked same day delivery :)
Fast foward a month and were back to purchase 2 single beds for my little ones.
Over the moon with the service we recived and how friendly and helpful everyone was i would 100% recomend this place to anyone! Happy customer!
