Bensons for Beds Llandudno

Staff at the Llandudno store (Craig and Jamie) could not have been more welcoming.
Their professional attitude and composure were second to none. It was nice to be treated as a customer and not a sales target.
only 4 stars given as i couldnt get a free coffee if I wanted one.😉

Dave, the manager, was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and friendly. No sales pressure at all, he was only interested in helping us choose the right bed for our needs, and was very generous with the deal he gave us. Such a genuine guy. We will be back in the future for further purchases and recommend to everyone. Thanks for such great service!

Bit confusing as both this store and carpet right are together and the new section of carpet right opened last week and this review is only for the carpet section as that's all I went in for. Very helpful offering a drink and a sit down as soon as your ready to discuss prices. They are not pushy and there prices are reasonable. The lady who served us was extremely pleasant and made the visit more enjoyable. Big choice of floor coverings and plenty of parking spaces in the retail park as its a 3 hour stay just check that you give your self time.10/10. thanks

We had already decided what we wanted so the purchase was simple. The Salesman was very polite and informative which also added to the purchase process. We ordered, paid and received a delivery date in a short period of time. Craig the saleman was excellent.
