Have been a customer for many years and purchased variety of vehicles that have all been excellent, also recommended to many family members ,colleagues and friends who, like me found JamesCarrinton service and customer care to be above EXCELLENT, Timothy Wood, Worthing, West Sussex

My partner and I recently bought a car from JAMES CARRINGTON LIMITED, at the time of purchase we raised the issue around there being no record of a recent service. To get this we had to chase around for the service history and contact Land Rover garages ourselves, we finally received a copy and noticed there hadn’t been a service within 12 months. James assured us that on these ‘modern cars’ services can be up to 18 months or once the car reaches a certain mileage. He also reassured us that if there were any problems or the warning lights come on to go back to him and he will get a service carried out.
After 2 weeks of purchasing the car the warning light came on and as advised by James we called him and explained the situation and James arranged a service at the Pulbrough Land Rover garage. This garage is over an hour’s drive from our home, however as we were under the impression it was going to be paid for we did not mind.
After the service was carried out we were presented with the bill, after trying to call James on several occasions with no luck we had to pay the costs.
This was an expensive lesson learned and I would NOT recommend buying a car from this dealer, they are just after a quick sale making promises they do not keep.
To add insult to injury we have just found out the clutch needs to be replaced, considering the vehicle is only 3 years old, it makes you wonder where these vehicles have come from!!

I have recently purchased a Bentley from James which I am delighted with. Great service and very knowledgable about the marque. The after care has been excellent too, and his contacts at the main dealer to get additional upgrades is a real bonus.

James Carrington is a must. The dealership has many years of experience in selling luxury cars. The owner James Carrington is the most down to earth and very intelligent on the vehicles he sells. This is a highly recommended business

What can I say except Amazing, a pleasure to deal with James Carrington, and beyond pleased with the car, infact, I can't see myself having any other from now on, the GT Speed is one of the most exciting cars Iever 've driven.
