My son desperately needed a new bike. I talked to the owner and he asked me some questions to help work out what style would be best for him. Based on that he provided some suggestions and recommendations saying I should show them to my son on the web before deciding. No pressure to buy at all which was nice. He also provided me with advice on how to most accurately measure my son to ensure he got a bike that fitted him
After chatting and deciding with my son, I phoned and ordered. The bike was ready in a couple of days and it looks fantastic. Perfect for what my son needs. He absolutely loves it. The guy also said I should take it back after a few weeks to get everything checked and tightened. Great service.
I would highly recommend this shop. Very friendly guy, very knowledgeable and no pressure to buy. Will definitely use again.

Had a really good experience with this cycle hire company. We were a party of 10 and the two men working there were extremely accomodating, friendly and patient. The bikes were of excellent quality (light but responsive and sturdy, padded seats, breaks in excellent order, seats adjusted on the spot). There was a £75 deposit for each bike, and for 4 hours, you can rent the bike for £16. One of our chains snapped as soon as we left, and it wasn't a problem. We simply returned the bike and the owners happily added a time extension in return.

Overall, excellent service and would recommend above the more expensive in-park bike rental.

Just picked up my bike having had a service, this was the second time and
On both occasions I have to say these people did excellent job at very decent price.
Finally found a local independent consistently good bike shop in Richmond.

Perfectly friendly, and prices seem good, but waited at station for shop to open as the rear derailleur sheered off as I was riding in Richmond. On arrival told they don’t do repairs on weekends.... in a cycle shop.... doesn’t say anywhere on the website and should be made clear in the opening times... not impressed.

Fantastic shop and service. I have been researching a new bike for months, and Ashley was really helpful both on the phone and email at answering questions and generally helping me out. There are a lot of shops closer to me, but I will definitely be back! Pic of my brand new Surly, just collected today :D

I cut my leg open on one of the bikes I rented when it dropped on my leg. The rain guard was the culprit. I had to go to the hospital. When we returned the bikes, he didn't believe us, he was unapologetic and very unfriendly in general.

Got my very neglected bicycle fixed within 2 days. Clear estimate on all the essential things that needed fixing to make it road-safe. No upselling. Got a ready-for-pick-up text message a day earlier than expected. All done as agree. Quality work. Friendly service.

Great little shop/service at a convenient location right inside the train station. The service of my Brompton was done within the day, charges and work done explained in detail, with recommendations before the work. I've got a text when it was ready for collection. Fees are more than reasonable.
