Always a warm welcome visiting Dales Bike Centre from Stu and Bren and team. Doesn’t matter if it’s for the bike shop or the cafe it’s always the same. Superb bike servicing, shops rides are great craic but shouldn’t be under estimated and real world advice, with the added bonus of a great cafe serving delicious home cooked food. 22 cakes to choose from at my last visit it’s hard to know what to pick. Looking forward to seeing the evolution into the new buildings. Keep up the good work.

Stuart and his team provided one of the best biking experiences I have had in the UK. The quality of the hire bike to the food in the cafe was 10/10. Stuart was our guide for the day; a great guy that accommodate everyone in our group whilst nudging us all to get the best out of us. Thank You. !

Our group of 5 were lucky enough to have Stuart as a guide using their amazing orange full suss ebikes. I’ve cycled for over 30 yrs and maybe now realising going up hills are getting tougher. The bikes made the full day so much more enjoyable and the trails were amazing. I would totally recommend getting Stuart to tag a long. Great restaurant, great staff, great village, great pubs. We will be back. 5 stars

Called in yesterday with problem with brake on trek emtb. Ben in workshop always cheerful very helpful fixed bike while we had excellent home made cake and coffee. Thanks team. Jack

The new cafe is fantastic, not so good was the way that 6 German / Dutch motor cyclists were treated by the bike shop owner. The motorcyclists had parked carefully , were not causing an obstruction.. They were turned away in an unfriendly manner.
Maybe he has had problem with motorcyclists in the past, but that did not excuse the rude way he handled the situation .

Visited here today as the reviews were all so fabulous and was looking for somewhere to get breakfast on Wednesday. Lovely unhurried no pressure service from great staff. Really good coffee and a great plum flapjack. I was so impressed I changed my plans of moving on from Reeth and have booked to stay for the night on Wednesday. Really looking forward to it.

Great place to hire road and off-road bikes and for good advice on where to ride. Lovely café there too, spoilt for choice for delicious cakes, tea and coffee. Very reasonable price too.

OUSTANDING! We love mountain biking and were recommended a visit to the dales mountain bike centre. My daughter's bike wheel had buckled on route and so I thought we may need to organise hire. The service was outstanding - my daughter's bike was mended so quickly, so helpful, great advice and directions and the ride was stunning! Cake afterwards a bonus too 😍
