Been in a few times with my Specailized Levo EMTB and they have helped every time.
Good amount of accessories they can fit whilst you wait.

Recently went in with snapped chain, they had 12 speed replacement on the shelf and fitted there and then for a very reasonable price.

Local independent bike shops are a blessing and we should all do our best to support them

On the whole I would say Rideride do a good mechanical job and am thankful for the countless times they have tweaked and adjusted my bike. Whilst I could have given more stars to this bike shop the reason i've given this a three is because one of the mechanics named Jacob gives a poor attitude as though customers are stupid and seems to hint that customers should know some basic stuff about fixing bikes as he should customers like myself for instance. I do but I am not a qualified mechanic I am a customer. I feel the service is better from the other mechanics but I think this young man really needs a reality check. Sorry.

Booked my bike in on line, really quick and easy. Spoke to a very helpful member of staff who gave me an idea how much the repairs would cost and, arranged for me to take the bike to the workshop two days early. Received a call a couple of days later telling me my bike was ready to be collected. All the work had been carried out as discussed and my bike was as good as new. Very friendly helpful guys, would defiantly recommend them.

Excellent, friendly service. Incredible value for money. Wish I’d taken my neglect bike down a lot sooner. I’ve got gears again! Haven’t had those in years!

Took my bike to them for the first time for a gear alignment issue. Tom and Jakub, both were very helpful in sorting out the issue within 5 to 10 min, and charged me very reasonably. Will be going to them again rather than going to Decathlon. Very good service and nice people. Very satisfied with the service I received today.

Great service to get my bike serviced and ready to collect on the same day! It needed a bit of TLC after the miles I have put it through this year. It will never be that clean again 😂 Thanks to John and Tim, plus the lad who did a little bit of tinkering with the gear cables today as well.

By far the very best bike workshop i've ever sent my bikes to. Don't waste your time at any other bikeshop like halfords. Willing to do work that isn't best practice instead of just outright refusing. I went to giant to build up a set of wheels with old hubs and spokes, told by giant that the end product would be poor. However, ride ride were happy to build up this wheelset while mutually understanding the risk of poor outcome. However, the wheelset in question performed perfectly and handled all the abuse I could throw at without ever needing to take a spoke key to it. Ride ride may take longer to complete a job but the quality and price of the work is top notch
