I’ve used Mark a couple of times recently and would recommend him. I’ve found him knowledgeable and helpful. His prices are reasonable and his work is to a high standard. He serviced my bike this week and it now rides like new. I will be using him again!

I wanted an angled stem set fitted on my mountain bike so I called a few bike repair shops. Overall it seemed like they were doing me a favour, even though I explained that I already had the part. Most said I would have to bring the bike to them so they could give me a price. I then found Marks details so i texted him. I had already cycled 15 miles earlier that afternoon during which the chain chain came off on me.
Not only did Mark give me a ball park figure but he also booked me in for the same day. Mark fitted the stem set and even advised me which angle to set the handlebars at. I then mentioned about a squeaking front brake. I had had some new pads with me so I asked him to fit those for me as well. While he did this he saw that the front wheel wasn't 100% aligned so he set about adjusting the spokes. After a few little tweaks to the gearing I was ready to cycle away. A much smoother ride than when I went in.
Fantastic service, First class technical know how and such a nice guy. This is what the industry needs and I can honestly recommend Mark.

Mark has just fitted a new tyre and inner tube on my bike.. also did a few minor adjustments . So efficient and so much cheaper then cycle shops . Excellent service I will be back .

I got my first bike recently (to work towards commuting with it) and wanted to learn some basics particularly around fixing a puncture if I ever needed to. I called Mark on the day and he was happy for me to pop along to show me the ropes. When I went, he was patient and very knowledgeable. He took the time to show me what to do and answered my numerous questions. I was so impressed with his friendliness. As a newbie I really appreciated this. Thank you so much Mark!
