A scruffy but exceptionally friendly (and helpful) bike shop.

I love the fact that it's run by a family (father, wife and son) and not the usual oh-so-clever hipsters.

The family are Greek and they're really down to earth.

More of this type of shop should exist: local, family, with an emphasis on repair rather than sell, sell. sell.

As the great Arnie says, "I'll be back..."

Very helpful and trustworthy bike shop who quickly fixed issues left from another local bike shop who are not trustworthy. Took my bike for a commuter service. Friendly, efficient, and an excellent result. It rides like new and worth every penny. Everything you would hope to have in a local bike repair shop.

Took my bike in for a service and a clean up as wasnt riding smoothly. Was very quick, fixed and cleaned up in a couple of days. Nice smooth ride again and like a new bike. Great friendly staff and good prices. Would highly recommend

Exceptional service! Have used them twice now and quite possibly it’s the best, most reliable and friendliest bike shop in London. It’s also a family-run independent business which is always a bonus

Sold me a chain that didn't fit, completely unhelpful.

I came in, showed you my broken chain and said can i get a replacement. You gave me a chain and told me that i'd have to leave the bike with you if i wanted it fitted. I told you i had work to go to and i'd do it myself.

If i had left it with you, you wouldn't have fitted the chain as it was not the right size. The best case outcome was that you wasted my time - as it was i had to then try and cycle to another bike shop to get it fixed.

Excellent, no fuss service. 👌

Booked service online, dropped bike off, got a text to collect the bike, collected the bike. Felt like new. 🙂
