I have a brand new bike and I just needed a fit gear which includes adjusting the brakes and derailleurs. When I arrived the next day for the bike, it was in the same condition as when I brought it. However, I had to pay £ 20 even though no one was working on it. Anyway, I'll never go back to this place with my bike. So far the worst experience in Liverpool. I do not recommend.

Hobson"s choice? Maybe. But when you've got a flat with 45 miles to Pendle, these guys are there to answer the call. Fast, dependable, friendly. Unbeatable!

Terrible service, bought my bike at the auction house then put it in Hobsons for a check, I feel that they even haven't looked at it. Went in with the chain intact, came home and had to put the chain back on....something tells me they couldn't be bothered. Attitude was disgusting. When I rang to complain, granted, i was told to bring it back in, as I was talking and the phone was put down on me!
Fair enough, I've got a cheap second hand bike but paying £52 I feel they could do better. 😔

Experienced rider's who are friendly, helpful and very good at the work they do not just shop salesmen

Excellent service all round, from me going in to enquire about an e bike, to the test drive, delivery, pick up, and then 6 week service, these guys are excellent, the young lad has always been so helpful,the after sales has been excellent also.

Rubbish service got puncture fixed not only out the shop 30 min didn't even ride it tyer down won't be going there again

I come past on my bike as the disc brake had completely stopped working and they fixed it on the spot even though they were busy fixing other bikes. Top staff an excellent customer service. Thank you very much you guys saved me a 2 hour walk. Hero's
