Great guy. Today 13 of July 2022 I went to the shop to adjust front gear speed as it was slightly tight. From the second I walked in the guy was very nice and friendly + he didn't charge me anything for the 5 minute work he did on my bike. I really appreciate it, not many gives you 5 minutes of their time for free. Thank you so much

Got two bikes done, felt the service was very honest and to the point and I didn’t feel like the repairman tried to unnecessarily up-sell on things that weren’t an issue.

Both bikes ride so much better than before and all parts seem of decent quality.

Value for money was good and I feel like I’ve got peace of mind.

Would recommend.

Dropped my bike in and had the Stage 1 service. Bike looks and handles like it's brand new again. Really impressed with the overall work done. Can't fault any aspect of the service. Will definitely be using these guys regularly in the future.

First class bike service! Really knowledgable, checked the bike over first, free of charge, to offer his recommendation of what was required rather than sell you a more expensive service package. Highly recommended!!

Customer Service is absolutely horrible. He is quick to tell you how little your bike is worth before he even knows the fault. Walked excited. Walked out 2 minutes later wanting to burn his shop down, with him in it. Go somewhere else where you are valued as a person and as a customer...

Scott is always incredibly helpful and able to answer any questions about bike maintenace/servicing and can order in parts if not available in shop. Always my go-to for bicycle issues.

It’s very rare I give a bad review but this guy was lacking any cordiality and was verging on rude. He was clearly too busy and should have just said so instead of trying to grab some extra money for work that wasn’t needed.

I feel like I was conned as I needed my gears looking and wanted the £40 gear service when he basically said my shimano cassette was worn out (?!) and charged me £82 to replace it with a budget version. He didn’t clean any of the other parts and on top of that when I rode the bike home the gears kept slipping so I had to take it back the next day and he hadn’t aligned the gears despite telling me he had. He was very grumpy and told me to look on YouTube next time if I needed help.

Avoid this place.

Sent an email and Scott responded promptly asking me to bring my bike in anytime for him to have a look and assess.
True to his word, I turned up randomly yesterday (a few days later) and he happily put aside his work and had a look at my bike and recommended that I needed a new chain and cassette.
Market being what it is.....he had no stock of cassettes but told me what I needed to buy and to come back anytime again and he would fit it. He had chains in stock fortunatley.

I managed to source the cassette and went back to the shop today and true to his word, Scott fitted my new chain and cassette within 20mins and I was good to go! Bike feels great! He even said not to waste time and money with a service as I didn't need it yet once he gave it a good look over. Great service n honesty. Had time for conversations and helpful tips too! Highly recommended.
