I've been a regular customer here for a long time. Brilliant business, friendly people and they are experts at what they do. Just had my ancient racer bike serviced including a new chain fitted and it now feels like a new bike ! I would recommend this place to anyone, whether it's for repairs or to discuss buying a new bike because their knowledge is second to none.

I attended Freeman’s cycles today and was greeted at the door by a really helpful and very polite lady. After asking for advice on how to fix my sons bike and what parts we would need. I was so pleased they had the part in stock.
A shimano tourney gear-mechanism. The Price was excellent and the gentleman even advised on the best way to replace as I’d probably need the metal gear hanger and how these always snap off!!
After returning home we realised he was spot on and I’d need this part. I emailed them pictures off what shape style we need as they said it can be ordered.
A great family business with family values who look after there customers new and old. We Will definitely recommend this business and use from now on for all our bike related needs.

I had a very positive experience with Freeman Cycles. Initially I found the products I wanted at very good prices during coronavirus lockdown - the products arrived very quickly too. I had made a mistake with my order so had to contact Freeman’s to arrange a return / replacement, and they responded rapidly with a brilliant solution and in a very friendly way. I can’t rate them highly enough. Very impressed!

Had my lil man's bike rear derailuer replaced and had a service. Very helpful and knowledgeable people over the phone, email and in person. I would recommend them for your cycling repairs and service! Awesome 5 stars. Good value for money!

I came across Freeman Cycles when I was desperately looking for a specific (and exceptionally hard to come by) rear derailleur. Unsure if it would fit, I contacted the customer services. Laura got back to me very promptly and took the time to address each of my queries. I ordered the part shortly after and it arrived the following day. Their customer service was truly outstanding and Freeman Cycles will now be my first stop when looking for parts.

This is now my one stop shop for my cycling requirements. Everything needed to keep my bike running like a Swiss watch is here, from specialised knowledge to spares that compare to on-line prices. They have got me out of trouble more than once, weather it is a difficult to find deraiileur or cables. Laura has spent considerable time helping with difficult issues like hub gears and suggesting options. There is a level of service in this small family run business that you are unlikely to find at the bigger stores.

Bought my granddaughters mini vintage bike here. Service was first class, very helpful staff and the chap that built the bike was really lovely. Would highly recommend Freeman Cycles.

I had broken my bike and went strait to the shop and they took it in same day I broke it. It only took a few days absolutely amazing service and only place I would go to get my bike fixed. Definitely a gem of a shop definitely my go to place for anything for my bike or even purchasing a bike thankyou once again.
