NipNip - Bike Servicing & Repairs

John/Shawn was incredibly helpful and kind! I had a minor repair which he very quickly assessed and fixed without charging me anything. I've been here a few times. Always super professional and nice people.

Awesome and friendly people. I had an issue with my bike gears disconnecting with my paddles (I'm terrible with bike knowledge!) But apparently it was a small issue to fix. I was more than willing to pay since it was a huge help. But they said I didn't have to! I will definitely be using these guys for any future issues 😁

Brought my bike for assessment as felt like something is wrong, the owner told me immediately whats wrong and repaired my bike in less than 24hours. Great customer service and very knowledgable people! Finally feel safe cycling on my bike again.

Josh from NipNip Borough branch is a good man. Had a crash this morning on the way to work. Googled the nearest bike workshop and found NipNip. Went there, and explained what happened. And in no time, Josh fixed my twisted handlebar free of charge. I can’t stress enough how thankful I am but it's very rare to find a bike shop like this. Props again Josh for helping me out. NipNip just earned a new customer because of the good service you provided.

Great shop! Bijay helped a lot with both minor things like tire replacement and taught me how to replace those myself (it’s a hurdle once you ride road bike) and more professional issues like bike posture (good fit will cost you hundreds!). He advised what size of stem to use. It’s amazing to have such a center nearby!

They were extremely helpful, specially Michael. He helped me with my broken chain in a nice and quick manner. Moreover, he gave me advice on how to do it myself and how to maintain it so I don't have to go through the same. His service was exceptionally good!

So grateful to Michael for his kind and super-quick response to my emergency puncture en route to work. He literally saved the day. I had 2 bulky panier bags which needed to be carried on a rack (which the courtesy bikes didn’t have) so he kindly expedited the repair on my tyre so I could continue my journey with all my baggage!
Would happily recommend nip nip for any bike service and very satisfied with the new tyre and puncture repair.
