My son has a tricycle that had a problem. As I couldn't fit it in the car to take to bike shop I found outspoken cycles, who collected the trike, also while I was getting that fixed I enquired about my husbands bike. Both fixed with a silver service to give me peace of mind. Very happy with phone contact throughout and social distancing policy followed from very polite delivery guy. Very reasonably priced. Extremely happy with service from start to finish. Would definitely use again. *****

We are on holiday in the UK and noticed we had a puncture on one of our bikes. Went to these guys and we're glad we did! Super friendly and great help! They even did a checkup of both our bikes, without any extra charge! 5/5!

Tip: put the store on maps of apple, we always look there to find places and revieuws. Got lucky to find you on Google!

Lovely and helpful staff, and after my bike service the bike runs smooth. Great attention to detail, the person who fixed it figured out why my bike kept running into problems.

Dropped in just wondering if I could make a booking for my bike. It turns out that the guy fixed the issue in less than 5mins beautifully for free. And also helped adjusting the saddle height for me. Amazing person and place!

This team is fantastic. We have bought a cargo bike from them, they helped us back the best decision. Helped us set up with all the gadgets, they service our bikes and are always generous with their time. I would challenge someone to find someone who knows more about cargo bikes than Rob, and such a nice fellow.

Would totally recommend. Having bought a bike for my daughter last year, we recently place 2 more orders with them. The shop manager and staff is super friendly and will take out their time to answer any query you have. Haven't seen the same amazing behaviour and positive attitude in any other place.

We got extra accessories fit but they didn't charge us extra for fitting and delivered the bikes for free to home.

I took my cargo bike for a service a couple of weeks ago and I was very impressed by the level of service and care the staff at Outspoken provided throughout the entire process.

They are also very knowledgeable and honest which is a big plus! Lovely staff and would gladly recommend their shop to all!
