Cyclo Monster Bike Shop

I've had 4 bikes of a value of £500-£1000 from these guys over a 6-7 year period.
Free first service on the bike from new. Fast order/build time and helpful if any issues.

Nipped in to look at a Focus eMTB. Friendly, honest service. Bike purchased and couldn't be more efficient to ensure everything will be done for collection. Vast range of accessories. Great first impressions having never visited before. Will definitely use Cyclo Monster again.

Visited the shop with my son for him to collect bike his after repair. I wondered around the Ebikes and espyed a Haibike Trecking 6 and became quite excited as I had been looking for one for ages.
After speaking to Phil, the sales assistant, he got it out for me to look at and sit on, and although I was thinking about the smaller size this one appeared to be ok (had to lower the seat) .
I went away to think about it and later that afternoon phoned up and placed a deposit and was informed that the bike would be ready for late afternoon.
On revisiting the shop Phil went through all the relevant details and how to operate the display and a number of other mechanical points with patience pointing out the one month free insurance.
I found him to be friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and understanding.
I would certainly recommend a visit to Cycle Monster not just for bikes but also for. accessories as well as repairs.

Really lucky to have this independent bike shop locally. Their customer service is excellent and they were able to fix an indexing issue I had at short notice. Far better to go here than a franchised bike garage for the knowledge, expertise and friendliness. Thank you so much Cyclo Monster team!

Went in to fix a small issue with my gears not changing correctly. They were quick to help but then soon realised that they thought they could scam me as I do not know everything about bikes but I do know when I’m being fleeced. They were gearing me up for a £150 service and parts. They were pushing me to book it in. They wanted to change my gears, chain, gear cables etc. In truth I left and went to another place sorted it for £10. Simple fix of a spring in the gear handle! They can’t be trusted. Plus all the bikes are expensive and they don’t offer any budget friendly bikes. Cheapest they have is around £500! Go if you’ve got cash to waste.

Item arrived defective and in an obviously used condition.

Staff completely and utterly useless and extremely rude on the phone.

No accountability taken whatsoever their end and now I'm out of pocket and don't have enough time to find something in time for Christmas..

Would not recommend whatsoever. Would give 0 stars if I could.
