Service (inc cables and brake replacement) and a much needed replacement chain and rear set this week at Pedal Power on my wife’s commuter bike. It will now do another hassle free few years on the trip to work and back. She used it for work today and said she was there before she knew it. It runs so much better. Peace of mind too - a well maintained bike is a safe bike. Quick turnaround, very reasonable charges. Thanks to all and particularly Andy for the great work 👍.

My crank failed today and I was recovered to this bicycle store. Within 30 minutes the old crank was out and a new one was in, Andy James really does know his stuff. Very grateful for the instant service.

Visited the shop on Norwich road. The staff are friendly and helpful and did an excellent job fixing and servicing my badly neglected bike. Would highly recommend them.

Mark and team are top of their game, knowledgable, friendly and efficient. They rebuilt my Brompton to be as good as new and carried out an impeccable service on a SRAM FORCE Etap groupset, with hydraulic disk brakes and somewhat specialist drivetrain. I especially appreciate the fitting of new cassette while I waited and at no extra charge. Quality of work and value for money second to none and highly recommended.

My steering was stiff on my bike , was greeted by Tom. Always Super efficient and keen to help. Said that he would look at it for me, well I received a call next day. I was told that the headset bearings needed replacing. His knowledge along with quick turnaround makes this the “go to “ place for ALL of my cycling needs. For a young man he’s way mature for his years. Cares a lot to please the customer and he always delivers prompt and efficiently. I know that when I hand my bike over to all of the team at pedal Power that I will receive top notch meticulous service.

Update. Had a full service on my 14 year old Rock Hopper and wow, it's like new! Can't recommend these guys enough.

Really rate these guys. Had some pedals changed a while back and now in for a full service. Great prices and they don't try and squeeze you for more than you needbbreally friendly guys and professional. Will always use them over some other stores and bigger branded stores.

Have been into pedal power a few times now, wanted handle bars and tape put on my ribble. Phoned up to see when best time to drop off, picked up few days later. Done a top job, definitely will be using in the future
