Great shop, the owner is very honest and friendly. Have been a customer for 20 years and there's no better place in Crewe for bicycle repairs.

Been using this shop for 25 years. All ways knows what's needed. Does bike repairs properly, at very good price. Tries to get parts I find unobtainable. A proper 5 star shop.

Great service sent a rear wheel in today and had it back within a couple of hours alsoFixed the bearings in the wheel and unbuckled all for an amazing price. Definitely be recommending to friends and will be definitely be using again.

Best shop to go to for bike repairs been going here since i was a young lad always been my local west end bike shop to go too. Ive tried halfords etc in the past but there useless. Massey as experience plenty of it. Been running is shop for longer then me being alive i think and i was born in 1979 plenty of experience thats what ya need not some young kids fixing ya bike at halfords etc

Bike touring through Wales, back wheel gave up. Mick had me back on the road in 20 minutes. What could have been a disaster became a chance to watch a lifetime of skill at work. Highly recommended, thanks Mick!

Excellent service on my electric bike after my tyre was punctured also quick and fitted my lights at a bargain price will be back

First time I've been here. Only went in for a small item but the gentleman/owner was very polite and very helpful. Would definitely go bike should I need any more help with bikes.
