Honestly one of the best customer service experiences ever. The young blonde lad was busy, but still took time to show me how to change my inner tube - I wish I had cash to give him a tip. Brilliant!

I'm an ex Élite and had my bike fit with Dave a few days ago.
I should say the level of professionalism and the quality of the 3 hours spent there was absolutely worth the money spent.
I loved that he was able to do the assessments, the consultation and the adjustments on the bike (including the new parts fitted) in just over 3 hours. Great shop with a great selection of clothing, parts, technology and nutritional supplements. Thanks sincerely

I had my first bike fit last week with Andy, gave me advice’s on how to maximise all the muscles while pedalling and absolutely changed my riding.

Very disappointed by this shop. Needed the tension on the brakes sorted on my sons new bike after building this Christmas present. I went in explaining the situation and was quoted £30 which I was willing to pay. I carried the bike there as hard too push to then be told a few days later that they recommended changing braking system and was quoted £70 to do the work. I said I was happy to pay the initial £30 for making it go as originally asked, but as the bike only cost £130 it doesn’t need all the extra work done. I got a text today saying the work was complete , so figured maybe they had fixed the issue for us but When I collected it I discovered no work had been done, so the bike is not fixed (been in the shop since before new year) we struggled to push this all the way home in the rain because of the front brakes and now my son in tears. Well done guys great job 👏

I recently called to arrange for a re-fit after a bike fit, due to my laziness this was almost three years late! No trouble though, I was given an appointment for the following week and the tweaks made by Andy in that hour were worth so much - here's to pain-free and efficient cycling!
