The team here are fantastic, taken my bike in after having mechanicals on two occasions now and both times they've managed to get me home. Couldn't rate them highly enough. I will make the 100 mile round trip next time the bike needs a service.

I live in London and needed some help from a team I could trust to diagnose problems I had with my current bike (BMC SLC01). I found Spokesman through a friends recommendation and called them up to see if they had space to look at my bike. There are many options in London for someone to look at my bike but I would’ve been waiting weeks and not necessarily get the level service I needed as a result. On the previous service I had on my bike, Spokesman identified a number of issues that hadn’t been addressed and could’ve potentially been very dangerous to ride if left untreated. I liked the manor in which my request was dealt with every step of the way, the willingness to explain the diagnosis of issues, tips for my specific bike maintenance and the humble nature these guys have.

I would happily venture out of London to visit Tom and the guys again
