A proper bike shop with excellent customer service. I bought my CUBE Kathmandu ebike here, the first service was free including the software update. Ongoing the bike has been excellent, extremely reliable and fun to ride, Stows continue to support me with advice and servicing, highly recommended 👍

I have been using Stows for the last 2 years plus and bought two bikes from them. They are both maintained by Stows. Excellent service and always ready to offer good advice. I recently had a problem with the rear tyre on a new bike whilst in Windsor and managed with difficulty to cycle to Stows. They had the problem fixed within the hour. Cheerful and helpful team.

Recently, I bought some equipment from different online shops. Delivery and return-and-refund are fine and work. (I ordered a seatpost in 30.9, but really not suit for 30.4(a really unpopular size=.=, and really not suitable), so returned)
Just their response/action is not as fast as others, e.g. + 2 days delivery compared with the 1st.
Besides, their CS is good, yet, just not as fast as others.
But I think it's minor, and I can't give them 4.5 stars, so give them 5 stars.

Excellent shop. Staff are knowledgable, helpful, friendly and professional. They completed an excellent service and tire replacement for my bike. Would recommend the store and staff to everyone.

Stows have provided me with a first class and professional service over the past three years. The guys are really knowledgeable with the experience that they have gained over many years. They treat customers with respect and not as an inconvenience. The selection of bikes is fantastic ; and the advice and guidance on the most appropriate bike for your circumstances and requirements is impartial and most helpful. I have purchased two types of bike, a road and mountain bike and have had the most fantastic time. After sales and servicing is very good and reasonable. I have no hesitation in throughly recommending Stows as an independent bike store who provide a rare and exceptional service to the public

Excellent 'local' bike shop. Great range, they are one of the few locally to stock C'dale, of which I picked up this fine Treadwell for the daily commute.

Excellent bike at a good price and they answered all my questions auathentically. Stow's fitted out rack and mudguards to my spec pre-pickup and gave me sound advice on some other bits to fit (ring lock, kickstand).

After 3weeks (and already > 300 Km on the clock), I dropped it in one morning. Their workshop person gave it an excellent tune-up, and it was all ready in fine fettle for an evening pick-up.

Friendly efficient service from people who seem to know and care about the products they sell is a winning combination in my book.
