I needed some parts to make my bike fit a turbo trainer. Simon, the technician was very knowledgeable and helpful and provided a fully fitted service while I waited at a very fair price.

I will definitely be back in the future!

Just want to thank the guys here at Hawks, my son had an accident while out on his bike last week and the member of staff who was in could not do enough for him, he fixed his bike up straight away and was so easy going and friendly. Everytime we go in the staff are amazing. So thank you guys, were lucky to have people like you in our community. 100% recommend you☺️

Took my electric scooter in last week for a rear tyre inner tube fitting following a puncture. Really lovely shop, very personal touch, extremely good prices, the job cost £30, which I thought was really good. Simon the mechanic did a really super job, scooter is now back in action, can't thank you enough!.

Why have I never been here until recently... this place is outstanding and the the staff are so customer focused. They make you feel welcome and give you the best service possible so friendly and helpful. Now the products..... I purchased 5 bikes in total and wow I saved so much money with this company and the product is perfect. They managed the bikes for me from toddler to adult. I would never go anywhere else. keep up the good work guys.

Really friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Took my son's bike in, needing rear gears replaced and they were able to do it the same day. (This was after two trips to a well known chain that deals in bikes but were unable to help me.) Next time I need anything bike related, I'll be going to Hawk Cycles first.

Went in on Saturday to look for a bike for my Daughter. The service we received was hands down the best customer experience that I have had in a very long time. Well done to Stewart and the team. It was a pleasure to deal with you all. Very friendly. Very informative. Highly recommended.

Brilliant company. I was let down by another company getting a bike for my son. I ordered a bike through their website at 11pm the store rang me at 9 am the next morning to say they were building the bike straight the way and what time I was going to pick it up. Even put extra bits on it for me. Brilliant customer service and I will not be going anywhere else in the future
