Should’ve trusted these review on google more, even after I read these review I still insisted to buy my bike here and this is the experience.

- bought the bike and did the bike fit here and they didn’t send the measurement until 1.5 months later, and finally they send it just because I asked for it.. again.
- they sell something that they don’t know whether it will fit with your bike or not. (Accessories)
- Decided to take the bike 2 days after the bike fit at 10am so they can put all the accessories on the bike. Came at 10 and they still working on the bike and got to wait for 1.5hrs until it finished. :)
- on the website you’ll see the build gallery and the founder of this company even email me telling that they ALWAYS take a photoshoot for each bike. Guess what? No picture taken for my bike so far, or if they did take the shot I haven’t get it nor I can see it on the build gallery. Maybe £6200 is too cheap for them to put it on the gallery.
- I couldn’t agree more with one review below who mention about the snooty attitude of the staff.

On the positive side, I got the bike that I ordered using the bike builder feature on their website and they stay true to the price.

Hence, the 2 stars.

I thought they were brilliant. I called twice and asked about tyre pressures and both times I got a friendly and informative reply. I then bought a 'proper' pump here, and am very happy with the advice and the product. I'll certainly use them next time I want anything to do with my bike.

I had a bike fitting with Dominic. I was initially a tad sceptical due to the high price (£250) but booked it off the back of some strong recommendations from friends.

I was amazed by the difference the bike fit made: it’s like I have a new bike! Disappointed I hadn’t done it sooner.

Dominic is clearly extremely good at his role, and I thoroughly recommend you pay him a visit if you’re serious about getting the best from your bicycle.

I was very impressed with Bespoke Cycling and highly recommend. The experience was great, from having a coffee bar as soon as you walk-in to an exceptional bike fit service. The knowledge of the team is just exceptional. I'm certainly no 'pro cyclist' but I found that the team were happy to share their knowledge and I found that I learned a lot through the fit process on posture and technique. Price seemed very fair for what you get in return in my view; it's not 'budget' but the level of service and knowledge is really excellent, this bike shop is well above any I've been too. The team were brilliant, thank you!

Amazing place. Really friendly staff. After buying a bike and having a bike fit I thought it fit me like a glove. 2 years later I went in for a bike refit and it feels like someone has just added a fur lining. Tiny little adjustments make an amazing difference.

Amazing service and friendly people. The fitting was extremely informative and comprehensive. I highly recommend them for those new to the sport!

Quite possibly the best place to pay a visit if you’re within a reasonable distance to London and were thinking about a new bike or upgrade!
The team have souplesse and the knowledge to pin down what you might need, with no detail too small.

The coffee is super too!!

Had a full new bike fit in preparation for a new bike after liaising with the team at the Gresham store and flawless customer service throughout the whole process. Super helpful, really knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to help and seemed to love what they do. Highly recommend.
