I turned up in a state of emergency with a broken derailleur on a Sheffield to London ride. Tony wasn't in the shop, but when he was called he made himself available immediately. He could not have been more helpful, and went above and beyond to help get me back on the road. I would recommend this shop to any needing a new bike or bike assistance.
