I have ordered from these guys time and time again. They are good sellers. Have no doubt they deliver 100% of the time.

Ordered 60mm mudguards, got 50mm, bolts no nuts.

Really frustrating trying to contact this company. They did me a great set of wheels two years ago but now I can't even contact them. Three emails over 5 days, no response, A message on their contact form, no response, a post on their FB page, no response. I called the phone number and had a message asking me to email and they would get back normally within a few hours.............This is a joke.

Can't comment on shop or how the staff are to deal with but i ordered from their ebay a Surly Porterhouse Petite bag for my 8 pack rack. Needless to say it arrived two days before expected and in the box was a very handy information flyer that says they build wheels, i will be using these guys in the future. Great.

Bought a new 3-speed hub, had some problems when fitted but waited a bit to see if it would resolve.
After dithering for ~5 months after purchase, contacted shop and they agreed probably manufacturing defect and arranged new replacement from manufacturer, free of charge. Now working nicely -- result !!

Faster delivery than promised. Parts arrived in original untampered with packaging. Very happy. Thanks
