Great, informative and friendly service.
I bought a fabulous electric bike which suits my needs. Very pleased with my purchase and know I can return to the shop for services on it and any further advice I may need.

I was able to try the bikes ,have found it hard as I'm under 5,2 tall but they carry stock for smaller ladies very helpful and they will deliver can't wait to get out on it

I had a puncture in my new Lapierre BTB ebike on holiday. I was unable to remove the tyre which appeared stuck to the rim.
Rang the local CYCLE shop in Honiton and was directed to AXcess. The young chap really struggled to get his tyre leavers in but was eventually successful; he’d never come across one so difficult. There was no way I could have done it. He also showed me how to remove the wheel which was much easier than on cheaper bikes. Fixed there and then and couldn’t have been more helpful.
Only charged me £6 so I gave him £10. Brilliant service.
