Collected my bike from a full service (+ some other little repairs) and took it out today for a 50km ride. Bike feels brand new, I am honestly delighted with all the work that has been done on it. Chris's communication was great in addition to his cycling knowledge and friendly personality. Will definitely be going back for future repairs and services, worth every penny. Thanks a lot!

Very impressed by the service from Stratford Cycles. Chris was very generous with his time looking over my bike and giving an assessment of its current condition and what might need to be addressed in the future. In the end just needed a few minor adjustments on the gears and got the Express Clean.

I had a Gold Service on my 10 year old Allez comute road bike. AMAZING - bikes feels and looks factory fresh. Chris' attention to detail is what makes the real diference between this and other bike shops, sourcing parts no longer manfactured, finding ways to improve the bike but not the cost and went the extra mile, quite literally by testing bike to ensure it ran to absolute perfecton (he could tell what gears i use most often). Had puncture on new electric bike which looked a little tricky to do . Delivered the bike outside to Chris who spent 1 hr fixing it whilst I went and had a coffee. Came back and bike was ready. Contactless payment outside and all Covid safe . Great service , great price and lovely person to deal with . Will revisit when required for sure.
