Giant Paddock Wood

Just brought my wife her first liv road bike from Evernden cycles.
I found their prices to be very competitive, website was easy to use.
I was kept informed what was going on, and it was delivered within two days. Even with all what’s going on at the moment.
Would definitely use them again.

Went in to get a chain for a peddle cart, and the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Advised me what I needed and had the chain in stock. Fits perfectly and has made one grandchild extremely happy. Thank you 👍👍

I've been using Evernden Cycles since I was about 3 years of age in the 70's, all but 1 of my bikes have come from here over the years, I recently purchased a Giant 2022 x1 27.5 which is amazing, the level of service I have received has always been second to none, I have today picked up my Giant 1 29r 2019 from them having had the wheels trued and hope brake pistons greased, guy's yet again an amazing bit of work, thank you so much for everything.

The repair work is adequate. However the prices here are double what you would pay at other bike shops. Extremely high for the same quality of work and parts. The reviews here are from people who are not familiar with bikes, and thus aren't aware they are overpaying significantly.

Always had great, friendly service. I keep coming back despite the fact that I pass a few other providers on the 9 mile drive over - simply because they do what they say they will do and look after you.

Just had the most exceptional service from Tim and the team. Knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly thorough. Thanks again - can't recommend highly enough.

Took my bike in for a check after falling off it a few months ago. I was met with friendly service. They said it could possibly take up to 7 days . I got an SMS later that evening to say it was ready to collect.
Very happy with the service.

I recently took my MTB/commuter bike in for a full service and boy am I impressed with the work they've done. It rides like new and is immaculate. The team have done a really thorough job and I'll certainly be using them again in the future!
