Great service from the store. Popped in on the off chance of picking up a 2018 sale bike but Martin did a great deal on a 2019 bike. Parted with my cash and 2 days later I’ve just completed my 1st ride. The young lads that served me were full of great advice too. Kudos to them all! I’ll strive to be a loyal customer to Webster’s.

Arrived this morning without an appointment, Martin, as soon as he opened up the shop helped me with my issue, gave great advice going forward and was very helpful.

Great experience buying through this independent bike shop. Product was delivered overnight via APC and delivery instructions were clearly followed. Would use again.. highly recommended

First the item was late a week. When item was sent it was the wrong product (they have since updated the page). Agreed to pay for postage when item was returned but only refunded for the item. Chased back for postage but has not responded. Still waiting for the refund. Not a great experience…my advice stick to the more reputable providers which honour their refund policy.

Helmet arrived with damages / manufacturing faults. Spoke to a very rude man at Websters who refused to accept a return as it was outside the return window (I explained that I had not been able to open it and check until now and it had faults and was not returning due to a change in mind) and he accused me of being a bad customer and used foul language. Very rude and unprofessional! I’ve never been spoken to like that by an online seller. Strongly advise that you stay away from this seller and shop elsewhere.

I can't recommend Webster Cycles highly enough. My nine year old bike frame snapped, Martin contacted the manufacturer s on my behalf, and manage to get me a new bike as a replacement.

Used to be a regular at Webster's but the locked door policy is very inconvenient. Be aware this is no longer a walk in friendly store. The locked door policy means it is more of a bike show room you need to book in advance in my opinion.

Had my rear wheel stolen so asked for an invoice to send to the insurance company to have it replaced. As I hadn't bought the bike from them originally, they refused saying they didn't have time to 'put it all together', very unhelpful
