Great bike shop. Absolutely pleased with the service. Fast, cheap and approachable. A bit tricky to get there, but once you arrive you are in the safe hands. They will take care of your bike, like no one else in Exeter. After trying a few bike shops here in Exeter, came to a conclusion, this is the better one. Price and time wise.

My wife and I bought two Gazelle bikes from Take Charge and we are absolutely delighted with them. The advice and help we received in the shop was excellent and the bikes themselves are fabulous. Instead of nipping to the shops in the car it is now a pleasure to nip to them on my bike. We are completely impartial and we heartily recommend Take Charge. thank you!

I am so pleased my with my electric bike. It is simply amazing and I love cycling around Exeter and going uphills! Alvaro has been extremely helpful throughout the process of ordering the bike, getting it in the store, testing etc. He's knowledgeable and puts the customer's best interest first. The best place in Exeter to go to for an e-bike-highly recommend!

Really helpful, swapped Bosch engine over under warranty, quick efficient service. Better service than other Cube bike suppliers who did not want to know because we had bought bike on internet, low cost for Labour. Would recomend for all electric bike needs, nice helpful guy.

Excellent service. I brought in a difficult problem and Alvaro went the extra mile to help solve it for me, in the end completely rebuilding my back wheel. The bike has run smoothly ever since. Terrific job !

I bought my (excellent) Cube touring hybrid pro 500 from Take Charge. Tony is a very helpful and enthusiastic chap and makes the purchaser feel valued. I tried the same bike at another dealer in the centre of town, their indifference and mildly antagonistic sales staff halted my purchase, I was so pleased to find another local shop which could supply the bike, with the added bonus of friendly and knowledgeable service.

This is what an LBS should be all about. Great service, friendly with advice. Took E-bike in for software upgrade. Was explained what would be done, with diagnostics before and after with all questions answered in full. Owner has plenty of time for you and will happily just generally chat about bikes. All done in under an hour. Starbucks next door so you can have a coffee while u wait. Price paid as quoted. Great service.
