Cycle Spirit London

Just purchased my brand new electric bike, which is the best ride I've experienced in terms of ebiking. This shop is really good at what they do and provided me with the right information to make sure I get the best commute possible to work. I also like the fact that the kit I have purchased is the high tech brand new Bosch system, which is brilliant. I actually think this is the best bike shop in East London. I only write reviews when I think the place is worth visiting, so have a look if you are local.

I've been a customer of Cycle Spirit since March 2021 and have had nothing but excellent customer service in that time. They are quick to respond to emails, clear on answers to all of my questions and have been incredibly friendly and helpful whenever I've been in-store.

In particular, having had to go through an insurance claim on a recent theft, the team were quick to help me get what I need and ensure I wasn't off my bike for longer than necessary. They always go above and beyond which I hugely appreciate.

I'd happily recommend them to anyone looking for a bike or bike support!

Had the best experience here today with Cycle Spirit. On a long charity ride tomorrow, I noticed my tires were pretty cracked so headed off to buy some. They not only sold some Gatorskins at a good price but offered to fit them then and there (taking a fraction of the time I would have done at home!), and now my bike is in tip top form for tomorrow. Very happy customer.

I cannot fault the level of service I have received from Annie and her dedicated team. From the start of ordering through to completion, she checked to make sure I ordered the correct size bike and was in contact throughout the process.

On delivery day, Annie emailed to say we can deliver after 6 pm providing you will be home. Considering Cycle Spirit are based in London and I live in Norfolk, my goodness I was so surprised how my bike was delivered, it received 5 star treatment, not only was it delivered but it was set up for me too, complete with a blue ribbon and I received a gift from Annie too.

The personal service you get from Annie and her team is second to none, and I can see how the level of care Annie has for her customers and this shines through to her staff.

I thoroughly recommend Cycle Spirit, Annie and her team, they just don't go the extra mile, in fact in my case they went an impressive 252 extra miles.

I certainly will no hesitation to purchasing more items from Cycle Spirit.

I've had my TT bike serviced by the Cycle Spirit team twice now and both times they have done such a thorough job. They're super responsive, quick, really helpful and give you extra tips to make the parts last longer. I asked for a cassette chain recently which was a bit tricky but they kept me updated and made it work on the bike.

Would recommend to anyone! They are all super friendly as well.

Amazing service both online and in store. Picked up my bike and so happy with it. They really took the time to understand my needs and find me a bike that would suit my frame. Great friendly and professional service.
