The service that we received was excellent. Our first visit confirmed our choice of bikes which were subsequently delivered to the shop for collection four days later. The was a short delay whilst the finishing touches were put to the bikes before we could load them on our vehicle. Whilst we could not fault any of the service provided by the shop staff it should be noted that vehicle parking around the area is challenging. Our first visit resulted in a 15 minute walk to the shop but collection later in the week (Saturday) was rewarded by an early start and a parking space just around the corner, when Residents Parking restrictions were relaxed.

Absolutely brilliant shop. 1st class service to customers. The staff know every little detail about every bike in their shop. So much better than shopping in large stores, and their prices are very reasonable for the high quality bikes they sell.
I bought a Gazelle Grenoble C8 and it's got a massive amount of millage. I did a 15 mile trip with a couple of very steep hills, and I only used one bar of power. My previous bike ( Raleigh Stowe e way ) I'd have needed a recharge. So I'm very happy with it. Plus it's extremely comfortable to ride. Gear system is fantastic.

The service from Electric Bike Sales (lower REDLAND Road) was really good. I bought an electric mountain bike and they did the first service free and also fixed a puncture for free in my first week. They even adjusted the handlebars knowing I am tall in the first service, you can’t get better personal service than that. Highly recommended.
