Pedal Heaven

Bought a new bike from them some time ago now and had to take it back for an issue with the forks. Problem resolved under warranty, minimal stress. Bought a new helmet too, very good advice and help plus a decent range of products in most categories. Always friendly each time I’ve been in, glad to have a good bike shop so close by.

Fixed my bike right away everytime I've taken it in there ! No problems. Very knowledgeable and very good cycling products. I wouldn't take my bike anywhere else! Highly recommended.

I've known the owner Craig for many years through bike racing but have just moved into the area so decided to give them a go to service some mtb suspension forks. Great service and advice, friendly and no pressure discussion about options and best course of action to take. Clearly the staff are bought into working there, knowledgeable and professional. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting advice and service on their bicycles. Cheers Craig, you have a great bunch of people working together for you.

I’m building a new bike up from existing components. Pedal heaven have been awesome. Yes I’ve spent some money with them however the guys really go the extra mile to help and advise if you’ve got a question or a problem! Well done that’s customer service! Support your local bike dealer / shop

Fantastic customer service in helping me set up the suspension on my new MTB (which I had sadly had to buy elsewhere due to a company cycle to work scheme), they spotted a critical thing that the original bike supplier had fitted wrongly and was dangerous. I've bought accessories, clothing, had a bike fit (highly recommend) and used Pedal Heaven to do the occasional service over the years. Highly recommended.

I phoned late in the day with a question on bearing compatibility and the team were quickly able to help me work out what I needed. They saved me a part behind the desk, which ended up solving my issue. All the staff were friendly and offered helpful advice, while preparing the workshop to assist if I happened to need it. Great customer-focussed service and I will be returning in future.

I took my bike in there in the morning for a service (that I hadn't booked, it was on the off chance) and a few other bits needed sorting out, it was all finished and ready to be picked up by the end of the day.
Great customer service in there, really friendly. To be honest the best bike shop I've been in, I'm gutted I havnt used them before really.

Excellent service and staff were very helpful. I ordered the wrong bike from the one I actually wanted. The staff helped me to send the bike back and get the correct one back out. I know where I will be going in future when I want a new bike and it’s Pedal heaven. Thumbs up from me 👍🏻
