Not really satisfied with the service.
My bike was stolen four days ago, abd unfortunately I didn’t have its number. I called them asking about it, since I bought it from them less than two months ago.
Apparently, the person who is responsible to help went away, and took the laptop with him for some reason !!! So no body could access those details.

They managed to call him, but according to them his answer was that he will look into it when he finishes his holiday !!

Now the police won’t help and I couldn’t do anything about my stolen bike.

Avoid if possible, specially if you have expensive components (I know it's a relative concept...)

I brought my bike in to have my front and rear derailleurs indexed (my bike wasn't changing gears properly). It was the only shop around the area with availability, and I learnt the lesson why...

Very polite when I left the bike, and rude when I came to pick it up:

- Front derailleur: according to them it was broken and they could replace it if I wanted. When I explained it was an older Ultegra model and it wasn't broken, the mechanic started slamming the gears to prove his point. I had to stop him from breaking the lever!!

- Rear derailleur: they did a terrible job, even the limit screw was practically falling out.

It was a waste of money, took the bike elsewhere and they got both derailleurs indexed properly.

I'll avoid this shop in the future if possible.

Went in to buy a bike helmet and got the best service - friendly, patient, experienced and good range. Highly recommended!

Friendly and went out of their way to help - I needed my seat adjusting. Fantastic to see a local bike shop with community spirit

This is the nearest shops to where I live which is why I have been there on several occasions over the past few years. Overall this is substandard. The last time I went there for a full service my bike was not done properly and it was not long before I had to see another mechanic to redo the work. Recently they charged my wife for a service on her bike which wasn't really done. Today was the worst. I went there for a simple puncture. I am a calm an polite person. However, the shop attendant was rude to me saying loud that I was doing his 'head in' with my questions. When I pointed out to him that I heard him saying this he became threatening and shouted abuse. I don't normally write bad reviews but this was completely unprovoked and unprofessional, and I felt sjaken. Avoid this place at all cost. These people should not be in business.

I love this place, which is the only place I trust about my bike. I bought my marvelous bike from there six month ago. Sometimes I go there for regular checks or ask something about bike. The staff always welcome me so warmly and are willing to resolve the problems. They have an excellent service in both mechanic and customer service. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. I'm so glad to have the ‘Bike House’ :)
