Fantastic, fast, professional and personal service, always friendly and great value for money. They are always really honest and never overcharge. It's great to support and local independent business and I hope they will be there for many years as we have bought and sold bikes to them and they have repaired countless punctures for us over the years.

I awoke the other morning, away from home, an hour until work, and with a flat tire on my bike. Came here on my way back home and explained the situation, and the chap in the store had the wheel off and inner-tube replaced within the span of 10 minutes and for no more than £10.

With this excellent turn of events I actually got home, ready and into work bang on time despite even notifying them of the situation and that I'd probably be late!

He mentioned how as a small local business they depend on their Google Reviews and (damn fine) reputation, so I'm here to say my piece and show support.

As a local I have been coming here for years for bike repairs, parts and purchasing second hand bikes; initially as it was the closest bike shop, but now because I know I can rely on them for quality service, a friendly helpful attitude, and very reasonable prices in our financially harsh city of Cambridge.

If it comes to bikes in Cambridge, nobody does it better, and with such respect for the customer. Great job guys!

A high quality, fast and friendly service. I would have spent far too much time on buses if The Kurser hadn't kept my bike up and running last year. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of bike maintenance or repair.

I have been taking my bike to the Kurser for the last 4+ years, for servicing and all manner of minor and major repairs. The service is always helpful and good value. They are always happy to give advice and most times I can drop my bike off in the morning and pick it up at lunchtime.
I have changed jobs now, so I won't be able to go there any more, so I am writing this as a last 'thank you', and to encourage others to support this hugely useful local service.
Thanks, guys!

Amazing service; fast, friendly and efficient. Sorted out my bike in a hurry when I absolutely needed it that day, and for far less than I expected. The Kurser is a perfect example of the Local Bike Shop, and you would be well-advised to visit when you need something done.

I called him at exact 7.30 am as my bike's chain was loose and needed tingeht. He was happy for me to bring my bike over and fix it while I was there... Literally two seconds and I was good to go. He didn't charge me either as it was a small fix!!! Really made my day. Thank you!

Could not have expected more. Outstandingly responsive. Enabled me to take my bike on first trip away since the dreaded C. Fixed within a really quick time at very very short notice. And very good price. Thankyou.
