Purchased a Specialized Vado 4.0 SL electric bike at a great price and after a couple of minor issues with assembling the bike, I can’t praise Jamie at the Bike Factory enough for his excellent customer service and assistance. Extremely helpful and polite and did all he could to help me get set-up and riding in time for my touring bike holiday. Highly recommended for product, price and customer service…thank you!

Bought my new bike from The Bike Factory remotely, they were really helpful dealing with them online and over the phone. Bike was delivered very quickly at no extra charge. Would definitely recommend them and use them again

Ordered a part that was in stock. 3 weeks later it hasn't arrived and nothing emailed. When I chased it they said it had been ordered and should be with me within a couple of weeks. 3 weeks later still nothing. Called them again and they said they couldn't give a date. Bike has now been in pieces for nearly 2 months. However refund process was easy.

Absulately recommend this place amazing service from start to finish. Honestly if you're looking to buy a bike or accessories give them a call you won't be disappointed. Thank you the bike factory for an amazing service.

We brought our Bromptons at Bike Factory, we have not rode any Brompton before and they provide free trial and I have asked many shop they don’t provide or they do not have so many colours options!

The staff Pete was very helpful and professional, the service was great and I got the sms message very quickly and said my bike was ready, I was waiting my cycle2work voucher it takes me two months, but we had a good communication with the staff, and finally I got my bike last week!

I went to view an Orbea road bike that was advertised on their website a couple of weeks back. Subsequently a deposit was paid and a date for collection arranged.
The whole process was professional and efficient from initial viewing to final collection.
Chuffed to bits with the Orbea Orca M20 and brilliant service as always.

Whilst passing through Chester yesterday on a ride I popped into TBF to check out some news tyres, was greeted by Phil and Jamie who assisted me in some choosing the new tyres. They then proceeded to fit the new tyres and made some minor alterations to my bike and cleats on my shoes. Absolutely first class service from the guys who went above and beyond all expectations.
