Williams Cycles

Was using a friend's bike at Cleeve Hill and the bike seat fell off. Had to walk back to Cheltenham on foot. Brought the bike in expecting it to take long time and cost a lot, it was done in 5 minutes and for free! The service and the help from the team was equally good. Very genuine and supportive store, would recommend it to others.

I was bike packing through Cheltenham today and stopped off at Williams cycles to pick up some parts. Mentioned I had problems changing gears; the mechanic came straight out, couldn’t fix it on the spot but took it in to the workshop to sort it out. Took about an hour for him to fix and now everything is running great. Very accommodating at last the minute!

Brill service, friendly staff - all you could want from a cycle shop! I'm not local, but had a gear cable issue whilst visiting... Williams Cycles were able to fit me in the same day! Really appreciate it. Thanks again!

Took my bike in to get the brakes changed. The staff members were really informative and helpful, telling me what was wrong and what solutions were. My bike feels brand new and rides so much better as they not only changed the brakes but also cleaned my chain and tightened the gears so I really appreciate it. Shout out to Dan for the service. 11/10

Excellent service from a very long established bike shop. I bought three bikes there over the years including one recent purchase. I recieved good after sales care. They have a good range of accessories and clothing too.

Great bike shop with good service. I wanted my bike wheels rebuilt and they did the work really well. When there was a delay on parts they were really good communicating with me and we found a solution. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are very reasonable considering the service which goes with it. Definitely recommend!

Hands down the best cycle shop in Gloucestershire. Really friendly and helpful staff and the workshop is outstanding.

I was able to get some upgrades installed super fast and expertly installed.

I know my bike is in good hands and will be doing all my upgrades and services with them, 10/10!

There’s no where else in Gloucestershire I’d take my bike. The staff are incredible, it feels like they care about your bike, they know exactly what your bike needs. Doesn’t matter how expensive your bike is, they are the premier bike shop to go to.
