I would whole-heartedly recommend this shop. They really take care of each person who walks through their doors.
I'm a newbie to road cycling, and although they had been super busy all day they were really patient and still took the time to answer all of my questions. We were able to find a bike that fit my needs quite quickly, and then it was straight out to try it out on the pavement.
When I went in to pick my new bike up, they welcomed me back as an old friend. They made my "new bike day" feel special, and the atmosphere in the shop was very friendly just like the first time I visited.
I will definitely be using them for all of my cycling needs in the future.

Phoned in and spoke with Ian Saturday afternoon, told him what mountain bike i wanted and he did everything possible to help.
Absolute pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond on explaining the tech spec of the bike.
Looking for to picking the new bike up this Saturday.
Will definitely be back here again when i also upgrade my road bike.

Good friendly helpful staff. Experienced and knowledgeable. Shame about the 10% admin on cycle to work voucher but can understand the need for independents to make a living. Quick to respond to customers needs.

Purchased 2 bikes yesterday, couldn't have been more helpful, checked everything out and wasn't pushy and gave great advice, checked my son for frame sizing, wouldn't sell the incorrect bike to us.

First class customer service by Mike, id previously that day been to Evans cycles at Trafford who were no help, called Buy A Bike and Mike said he would helo me out if i came down with sime XXXL cycling gear. No messing about. Fantastic.

Very helpful they go out the extra mile to make sure you get the right bike for you and the price can't be beaten.

Very friendly and informative. We didn't feel under any pressure to buy while we were there. We will definitely return for another bike when necessary.
