Brilliant customer service. And great advice when needing to purchase items. Ordered the correct parts in for my Bike when they didn't have any in store! Overall a fantastic shop with fantastic staff. I'd reccomend this place if you need you bike repairing or looking to purchase new items or even just for some advice about your bike.

Whether you are looking for a new or used bike or getting a repair done, you are most definitely in safe and expert hands here. Was so pleased with my recent purchase of a used road bike which has provided many hours of journeys on the surrounding country roads.

Fantastic little shop - would definitely highly recommend! Extremely knowledgeable staff who are both friendly and helpful. Customer service was spot on. Very reasonable pricing for repairing bikes and they also work very efficiently (they fixed my bike the same day I brought it to them - absolutely no faffing!). Bikes for sale also looked bargain prices whilst at a glance seemed to be very good quality too so can't go wrong. Very happy customer - will be returning for sure!

Was as professional and kind as he sounded on phone, as he was in person when we saw him at the shop. He promptly attended to our bicycle brake malfunction as we waited. Absolutely fantastic service, so helpful and friendly. Bought in a electric scooter which they don't normally deal with but wasn't an issue. Sorted, great value and excellent service, highly recommend!

Excellent friendly customer service. Chris is a credit to the shop. Took my bike in for brake repair, expected to leave the bike, however it was fixed there. Exceeded my expectations. Very reasonable price. Highly recommend and will be using them in future for all my biking needs.

We had purchased two bikes from Volt, after a lot of hassle from them and waiting 5 months for delivery they were eventually sent to Lincoln Cycle Center. This was a breath of fresh air, Jacob couldn't do enough to help us to the point where he delivered them both to our house in Louth. Customer service above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you Jacob for all your help. We can highly recommend using Lincoln Cycle Center
