I had a fantastic experience yesterday with Mark. He helped me work out exactly what I needed, and found the perfect bike for me, even dissuading me from buying a more expensive one that I didn't need. Super knowledgeable, patient and kind. The bike was ready to pick up within 30 mins of purchase. 10/10 service, I'll come back for any future bikes, accessories and services. Thank you!

Had a go at building my own bike, made a pretty shoddy job of it, went to Dees to get it corrected, sorted out all the issues and were really nice about me attempting to have a go building it. Shifts really well, headset is working smoothly, made it seamless.

Pricing was great aswell, individually all the bits summed to well above the Silver Service price, but the guys were nice enough to bring it down without asking.

I was happy with the work done to the bike, but the overall customer service really ruined my experience. I brought my bike in on a Wednesday with a call back on Friday to assure me it'd be ready by Tuesday, Wednesday at latest with a call from them on Tuesday to let me know either way. Tuesday came, no call. I tried the phone a few times to no answer. Wednesday was the same. In fact, myself and another called every single day for the next week with absolutely no response. When we finally got through, we were told we'd have to wait an additional three weeks before the part even came in.
Really disappointed me as they seem like decent guys, but with zero communication from them it's hard for me to give any more than two stars.

We have bought a few bikes from Dees over the years, and race various cycling disciplines on them. Hence we always have at least one bike that needs fixing! The workshop team of Mark and Jason have so much knowledge, expertise and skill between them that I reckon they could sort any problem we throw at them! Thanks guys!
