What a lovely experience with this shop. We were looking for a electric bike and had tried several shops that either ignored us or tried the hard sell, with little forthcoming information. The Gentleman explained everything thoroughly, allowed us both to try the bike and was very knowledgeable of his product. Safe to say we purchased our first electric bike. I highly recommend this shop and will certainly go back in the future.

Brilliant service. Quick, attentive, knowledgeable and an altogether pleasant interaction. Plenty of experience and parts availability for Brompton Bicycles so I wholeheartedly recommend them. For me the only regret is that I didn't buy my Brompton from them and instead I bought mine online from the Brompton factory a couple of months ago that meant it was delivered to me in a somewhat less than user-friendly state which the shop put right for me today.
There was a good range of Bromptons there so so were I to purchase again I would buy from them without hesitation.

My brakes seized up during a ride. I called the shop and ended up having the brakes fixed within the hour! They even sorted a few other issues out. Knowledgable and friendly chaps.

Halfords took me by surprise with response of "its 2-3 weeks minimum for a bicycle repair at the moment". They only needed minor repairs and adjustments. Within a few minutes on the phone with the helpful staff at Renhams, I was off with my two mountain bikes for repair to Renhams in Folkestone. They delivered on their promise to have them ready overnight. Now working perfectly. And nice helpful staff to deal with and a value-for-money good price backed up with excellent customer service. Thank you Renhams. I know where I'll be going in future. Ciao
